Officer's Reports:
The President reported that we have achieved 2 DCP goals to date. We have turned our officer list in to Toastmasters International on time and we have added 4 new members.
The Treasurer reported that the process for dispersing bank statements from the Chamber to the Treasurer has improved dramatically.
The Treasurer also gave a detailed report on the status of members seeking to renew existing memberships and those members who were seeking reinstatement.
A discussion about the Toastmasters Internationl requirement to vote all new and returning members into the club took place. Action on this item will be defered until the new Executive Committee is elected in December.
Agenda Items:
All were agreed that it was worth a try having mentoring sessions. Randy agreed to do the first session and Ruth agreed to do future sessions.
The slate of candidates for the December elections was discussed, but nothing concrete was agreed upon.
The next Executive Committee Meeting is scheduled for December 14, 2009
