February 8, 2010 Executive Committee Meeting

Present at the meeting were: Nancy Johnson, Ruth Wadsworth, Yenny Lee and Randy Groover.

Officer's Reports:

The Vice President of Education reported that we had achieved 3 out of 10 DCP goals.
The Vice President of Public Relations reported that she is not using Craig's List for advertisment anymore.
The Treasurer reported that several member issues with Toastmasters Internation had been resolved.
The Treasurer also reported that she had not gotten any bank statements from the Chamber since November.

Agenda Items:

The current outage of the e-mail forwarding lists was discussed.

The EC defined which dates will be club holidays in 2010.

The next Executive Committee Meeting will be on March 8, 2010.
