Present at the meeting were: George Lee, Samya Boxberger-Oberoi, Nancy Johnson, Ruth Wadsworth, Yenny Lee, Skylar Quarles and Randy Groover.

Samya was the Toastmaster.
Samya was also the General Evaluator.
George was the Grammarian.
Crystal (Yenny & George's daughter) was the Ah Counter.
Nancy was the Vote Counter.
Randy was the Timer.
Eddie Javid (a guest) gave a speech entitled, 'My Life in 4 Minutes'.
Ruth evaluated Eddie's speech.
Yenny gave a speech entitled, 'Be Good or Else'.
Nancy evaluated Yenny's speech.
Randy was the Table Topics Master.
