Present at the meeting were: Nancy Johnson (Treasurer), Samya Boxberger-Oberoi (VPPR), Spencer Hatfield (Sgt. at Arms) and Randy Groover (President & Secretary).
Officer Reports:
The President reported that we have 4 DCP goals obtained even though only 3 are reflected on the Toastmasters International website.
The Treasurer reported that all the bank statements have been submitted to her.
The Secretary reported that all the Blog entries reflecting the meeting minutes were up to date.
The Sgt. at Arms office is now filled by Spencer Hatfield.
Agenda Items:
The Treasurer will send out an e-mail detailing how and when the dues should be paid.
The Treasurer will submit Form 990N with the IRS and form 199-N with the state of California.
The President said he will begin work on the New Member Application functionality that will be added to the website.
The next Executive Committee Meeting will be held on April 11, 2011.
