Present at the meeting were: Ron Kasper, Ruth Wadsworth, Spencer Hatfield, Nancy Johnson, Suzanne Mulcahy, Wing T. Tsoi, George Lee, Randy Lee, Samya Boxberger-Oberoi and Randy Groover.

Wing was the Toastmaster.
Randy Groover was the General Evaluator.
Ruth was the Grammarian.
Suzanne was the Ah Counter.
Nancy was the Vote Counter.
Ron was the Timer.
Randy Lee gave a speech entitled, 'Beetle Boots'.
Spencer was the Table Topics Master.
Samya evaluated Randy Lee's speech.
