Present at the meeting were Samya Boxberger-Oberoi (VPE & VPPR), Ruth Wadsworth (Sgt. at Arms), Suzanne Mulcahy (Secretary) and Randy Groover (President).

The President indicated that he was not sure how many DCP goals had been obtained and would report a definitive number at the next meeting.
The VPPR will write an e-mail to Kaiser to confirm our relationship with them regarding their summer youth program.

The status of the Treasurer & VPM were discussed.
The VPPR will send out an e-mail to allow members to sign up for 'booth duty' at the San Mateo County Expo. We will use our existing collateral as hand-outs at the Expo. It was decided that we will award a membership as a 'prize' to the guest at our booth who shows the most interest in the club.
It was decided that we would use Windows Live for the repository functionality instead of building it into our website. The President will set up the Windows Live account to be used as the repository. The New Member Application functionality will be developed by our webmaster. The President has sent the functional specifications for the New Member Application function to the webmaster.
The VPPR will modify the e-mail that she uses as a reply to e-mail inquiries and send it to the President. The President will see that it gets uploaded to the website. The VPPR will summarize her plans for the changes to the website in order to bring it into conformance with the new Toastmasters International branding standards and present that summary to the President. The President will then use the directions provided by the summary to facilitate the rebranding of the website.
The date for the presentation of the educational module has been changed to November 5th.
The next Executive Committee Meeting will be held on September 10, 2012.
