Present at the meeting were: Ruth Wadsworth, Samya Boxberger-Oberoi, Claire Tseng, Mandy Chiang, Suzanne Mulcahy, Randy Lee and Randy Groover.

Randy Groover was the Toastmaster.
Mandy was the General Evaluator.
Claire was the Grammarian.
The Ah Counter role was unfilled.
Ruth was the Vote Counter.
Randy Lee was the Timer.
Suzanne gave a speech entitled, 'Coping with Loss'.
Samya was the Table Topics Master.
Ruth evaluated Suzanne's speech.
