December 14, 2009 Executive Committee Meeting

Present at the meeting were: Ruth Wadsworth, Nancy Johnson and Randy Groover.

Officer's Reports:

The President reported that we have achieved 3 DCP goals. We have added 4 new members twice and turned in our officer list before December 31, 2009.

An audit of the current supplies was done and a new supply order created.

Agenda Items:

The proposed reduction in club dues was approved.

The next Executive Committee meeting will be on January 11, 2010.

George was the Grammarian
Ruth gave a speech called 'For He's a Jolly Good Fellow'
Ron gave a speech called 'Your Dreams Are Your Passion'
Randy Groover evaluated Ruth
Yenny Lee evaluated Ron
Crystal Lee (Yenny's daughter) was the Vote Counter
Orla Lynagh (Mary's daughter) was the Ah Counter

The semi-annual election was held and the following officers were elected:
