May 10, 2010 Executive Committee Meeting
Present at the meeting were: Ruth Wadsworth, Yenny Lee, Nancy Johnson and Randy Groover.
Officer Reports:
The Vice President of Education reported that the club has achieved 3 DCP goals as of this date.
The Vice President of Public Relations repored that she had not contacted the San Mateo Times in order to correct the contact information referenced in the advertisement for the club.
The Treasurer reported on the club finances.
Agenda Items:
The Vice President of Education reported that he has resolved some of the issues with the website and e-mail forwarding lists, but not all the problems have been resolved. He will continue working on the problems and report on any progress at next months meeting.

Planning for the next Executive Committee election cycle was begun.
The next Executive Committee meeting will be held on June 14, 2010.
