June 21, 2010 Club Meeting

June 14, 2010 Executive Committee Meeting

Present at the meeting were: Nancy Johnson, Samya Boxberger-Oberoi, Yenny Lee and Randy Groover

Officer Reports:

The Vice President of Education reported that the club had obtained 3 DCP goals as of this date.

The Treasurer reported the cash balance in the club's checking account and explained the format of the checking account statements.

Agenda Items:

The Vice President of Education reported that he had resolved all of the problems with the e-mail forwarding lists except the situation where the aliases are used in the CC: or BCC: fields. He said that he thought he understood the problem, but would need to work with Carmel Weiler to implement the fix.

The Vice President of Public Relations reported that she thought the issue with the San Mateo Times having outdated contact information had now been resolved.

The upcoming elections were discussed and a slate of candidates were selected.

The request by Kaiser for a facilitator to lead a summer youth program was discussed. The Vice President of Education agreed to send out an e-mail to the club to see if there were any volunteers.

The next Executive Committee meeting will be held on July 12, 2010.
