March 8, 2010 Executive Committee Meeting

Present at the meeting were: Nancy Johnson, Yenny Lee, Ruth Wadsworth and Randy Groover.

Officers Reports:

The Vice President of Education reported that we had achieved 3 DCP goals to date.
The Vice President of Education requested the contact information for the new members from the Treasurer.
The Treasurer reported that she was now getting bank statements from the Chamber.
The Vice President of Public Relations reported that she was no longer advertising on websites like Craig's list.

Agenda Items:

It was agreed that the Vice President of Membership should begin formally inducting members.

The Webmaster gave a report on the e-mail forwarding list outage.

The Area Governor requested $50.00 for our share in supporting the Area Contest. Since nobody from our club was participating and only two people were considering attending, we decided to give $20.00 to support the Area Contest.

The new club dues were once again discussed. They will be in effect for the April renewal period.

The next Executive Committee meeting will be held on April 12, 2010.
